Good leaders are those who know how to use their time effectively. They understand that it is essential to know the core leadership skills of being a leader. It is also essential for them to know how to motivate and influence others.
Skill 1: Time Management
Time management is one of the key skills leaders should have. They must understand how they should allocate their time to accomplish their goals. Leaders need to be aware of how they can get things done and at the same time, work on the bigger picture as well.
